I’m Taylor, a former hospitality industry manager and now the founder of Tay Cheney Events. I believe weddings should feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable. After seven years behind the scenes in high-energy venues, including my time at Las Vegas Country Club, I learned how the magic comes together and how easily it can unravel without someone guiding every moment. That is when I realized couples deserve more than a checklist. They deserve peace, presence, and a planner who truly sees their love story.
I create weddings and events that feel like you, from the toast that brings tears to the design details that make jaws drop. My goal is to give you space to feel everything. To laugh, cry, celebrate, and be fully present, while I take care of every detail, timeline, and vendor partnership behind the scenes.

Charlene is the heartbeat of our operations and the lead logistics and event-day planner for Tay Cheney Events. She is my right hand in every sense of the phrase. Together, we work in complete sync to bring each event to life with intention, clarity, and seamless execution.
With a background in hospitality and guest experience, Charlene understands what it takes to make people feel cared for. She also brings a strong foundation in business management after running her own successful esthetician business for more than five years. That blend of service expertise and entrepreneurial leadership makes her an incredible asset both behind the scenes and on the wedding day.
Charlene is organized, efficient, calm under pressure, and genuinely able to connect with anyone she meets. Her presence instantly puts couples, families, and vendors at ease. She is the person who anticipates needs before they arise, solves problems quietly in the background, and ensures every event flows smoothly from start to finish.
Simply put, Charlene helps make the magic happen, and I could not imagine this team without her.
